Editorial overview
What it is
Valkyrie: Ascension to the Throne is basically the same game as its predecessor Ascension to the Throne. The game tells the story of Eneya, who was among King Alexander's companions. She was raised by orks and now she needs to prove her worth as warrior by battling evil and a plague.
The game is a mixture between RPG and turn-based strategy game. When exploring the environment the player sees Eneya from behind. He talks to people in multiple-choice conversations, takes quests, finds treasures, buys equipment with earned money and hires mercenaries.
The premise
As a result of treacherous conspiracy the ruler of Airath Alexander was deprived of power and brought to the distant land of Oganthar. Craving for revenge, Alexander meets many friends and enemies on his way home, and beautiful warrioress Eneya is among them. It is she who will become the hero!
