The premise

Beneath the Surface: Iron Heights Penitentiary has crashed in Gotham Bay and now Killer Croc is leading a riot with the other inmates.
In From the Cold: Mr. Freeze has returned to Gotham and his wife has been taken by the Militia. Batman must team up with the cold hearted scientist to save her.
Shadow War: Batman discovers that there are now two factions of the League of Assassins and he must stop them both before they destroy Gotham.
