What it is
Burn With Me is a story-centric deckbuilder filled with cozy dread and occultic mysteries. In order to summon a Personal Demon you'll master inventive gameplay with position-based synergies, and permanently burn your cards and your soul.
The premise
Burn With Me follows the lives of occult university students who discover ancient rites and invocations under the guidance of their obsessed Teacher. To summon a personal demon, one has either to tame their obsession or dissolve in it completely. Thus, the mechanics of each chapter reflect the student's emotions, desires, and fears. Intro tells about a summoning ritual that went wrong. The first chapter, availible in a free demo, is about a studend called Alan. He has a deformed arm, birthmark of a demonic possession. With the guidance of the narrator, the Teacher, Alan dives into the art of summoning. His desire is simple: to be an ordinary person.
