The Federation hijacks an American orbital weapons platform and uses it to devastate cities across the southwestern United States, reshaping the balance of global power overnight.

Ten years later, brothers Logan and Hesh Walker serve along the fortified border that now divides what remains of the U.S. from Federation territory.
