Editorial overview
What it is
Everyone knows that corner dive bar where the card table becomes the center of the universe. Capote brings that bar to your screen: a card game for 1 to 6 people that takes classic card games, reinvents them, and throws a heavy dose of chaos on top. Three modes, a cast of characters you could swear you've met before, and always that one card that flips everything upside down.
Bet how many times you think you'll win, then play your cards to hit that number exactly. Won or lost more than you bet? The math is simple: one virtual shot per mistake. Rack up four, and you're out. Adjust the match rules with your friends, or bring in bots to practice solo.
The back of the bar is where things get serious. In solo mode, build the best combination of powers and face off against Capote's characters in blackjack duels. Lost a run? Clear the table and start over, making different choices until you finally reach Bete herself. It's classic blackjack, but with a roguelike twist.
Pick your team and jump into a classic truco match, your way: solo or in pairs. Trade signals with emotes, play with strategy, and score points to win. What matters is keeping the table loud.
Bring your friends into an online table for up to 6, and let the chaos run wild with in-game chat to talk trash all you want. It's the atmosphere of a real neighborhood dive bar, with all the mess that comes with it. To sum it up: • 1 to 6 players, online PvP or solo against bots
• Three modes available: Capote, Betejack, and Truco
• Edit the rules to customize every match your way
• 6 characters straight out of the neighborhood bar
• Play a quick round of pool while you wait for others to join the lobby
• YouTube integration that lets you play your favorite artists during matches
