What it is
Coffee Noir is a tycoon educational game in a detective novel narration and graphic design of the classic American comic books. The conversational aspect of the game (dialogues with contrahents) will strengthen negotiation and business psychology skills, and will allow develop the effective use of sales techniques. The entrepreneurial aspect of the game will increase the understanding of managerial, financial and marketing issues of running a successful start-up company. The game is intended both for entertainment and education. The storyline allows the player to unfold the mystery like a real detective would, with a special Investigation Board and more.
The premise
It is 2021. In an alternate reality, London has not changed much: the rainy weather, in which mysteries abound in the mist during passers-by obliviousness, is still the prose of their lives. Arthur Oliver, a private detective who has already seen his best professional years, unexpectedly becomes a part of one of London's dreadful puzzles: he must find out why Richard Kersey, a businessman on the local coffee market, disappeared without a trace.
