Inside Colonial Combat
What it is
Colonial Combat is the new, exciting, retro-styled, 1–vs–1, 2D, indie Unity3D fighting game for Windows 7 (and newer) PCs! The game is a fictional, comedic, non-violent fighting game with tongue-in-cheek satire and in-jokes about college life and surviving at a certain university, and based (loosely) on real campus settings as levels, and archetypal student types and figureheads as characters. The university’s mascot is Robert Morris (the financier of the American Revolution), and the football team is the “Colonial Crazies”, hence the title of the game.
The premise
In the Story Mode, play as Yuu, a new Software Engineering student at the university, as he fights against all odds against evil villains that stand in his way on a quest to earn a Bachelor’s Degree and professional success! Yuu must fight against the financially corrupt American higher education system and earn his degree, or flunk outta college as a loan defaulting, deadbeat hobo. Battle against evil villains such as a Tuition Bill, a Final Exam; his Holiness, the College President; an army of undead college student hobo zombies, Robot Morris, and more! Yuu must go on an epic quest fighting against foes and adversity that gets in his way in order to travel and see the Head of Engineering, so that he could fix a mysterious class scheduling conflict, or be unable to succeed at the classes and end up flunking outta college as a hobo!
