Dear Camy is a 2D platform game. The player controls Camy who, with the help of various bonuses and power-ups, must collect all the diamonds in each level. When Camy finds all the diamonds, the next level is introduced. Along the way, the player must avoid or destroy the moving balls. All levels are played in a single-screen environment.
