What it is
FMRPG is not about comparing statistics for players to see who is 'better', or playing an unrealistic and flawed transfer system. It is about dealing with the personalities of your players, your staff and the media effectively in order to motivate them and deliver success on the pitch. Your decisions will affect your clubs harmony, attitude and tactics, which in turn will affect the outcome of your matches and results.
