Editorial overview
What it is
A graphical text-adventure written by Tim Wilson in which the player has to find and rescue Professor Paul Eisenstadt who was captured by the KGB and is being held somewhere in northern Afghanistan.
The premise
You are an agent searching Afghanistan to rescue Professor Eisenstadt. He was captured in May of 1981, perhaps by the KGB. An unfortunate incident because of his, shall we say, sensitive knowledge. You will have to be sure no one gets his information. But then, you are not known for your works of charity. You will begin in Bahawalpur, Pakistan, and move northward toward the Afghanistan border. A guide will meet you in the town of Quetta and help you cross into Afghanistan. Then you are on your own. Let's hope you are as clever as you are ruthless. Salam!
