What it is
Metanoia is a visual novel that explores the fear of being trapped in a psychiatric ward and unable to leave, as well as the fear of an incredibly unethical doctor not having your best interests at heart.
The premise
A blackout after a recent attack leaves you institutionalized and under the care of one Doctor Rose, an unsettling psychiatrist who seems hellbent on keeping you in the psychiatric ward and under his watchful eye. How will today's session with the doctor go?
