What it is
A romance visual novel created in four days for the Velox Turbo game jam on Itch. You play as The Crossroad Keeper, the holder of thousands of promises and second chances.
The premise
In the moments between life and death, a promise for second chances can be found at the crossroads.
Petitioners come to the crossroads seeking a promise for more time. To take care of their loved ones. To not fear death again. You, as the Keeper of the Crossroads, have a simple enough job. You offer promises in exchange, and bind these promises so that the souls can be collected.
But now someone else has found your crossroads, and wishes to exchange promises. Someone alive.
