What it is
You may know RunMan from his appearance as a playable character in Super Meat Boy. Or you are a true indie gaming hipster and know him from even earlier.
An epic collaboration between Tom Sennett (Deepak Fights Robots) and Maddy Thorson (TowerFall, Celeste), RunMan: Race Around the World is a platformer with an emphasis on speed and flow.
To get a good score on each course, you have to run through it really fast without stopping. The actual scoring is a bit more complex than that, but that's basically it.
You can't die, because dying's not fun.
The premise
There was a race to determine who was the fastest. Racers came from all over to prove their mettle. But when RunMan arrived, all the other racers quaked in their boots, and left for fear of embarrassment. RunMan was declared the winner. But what good is an unearned crown? And what fun is a race without running???
