What it is

The premise
In his attempt to conquer the world, Green Goblin is getting his thugs to kidnap citizens of the city and he is demanding a high ransom for their safe return. Spider-Man must go through the city finding these hostages and free them from their captors. Each time Spider-Man rescues the hostages; Green Goblin gets more furious and bids revenge by kidnapping more people and holding them in different areas of the city.
