Editorial overview
What it is
Currently in prototyping, Stolen Heart blends co-op roguelike action and rhythm gameplay: protect a living heart and resist the machines that have replaced humans in a dystopian laboratory. Every beat counts.
The premise
Stolen Heart is a co-op roguelike set in a dystopian future where artificial intelligence has seized control of society.
Humanity survives in fragments, scattered beneath the surface of a world now governed by cold logic and relentless systems. In this fractured reality, coordination is more than a skill, it is survival.
Players take on the role of resistance operatives navigating hostile, ever-shifting environments controlled by AI. Each descent is a synchronized dance through danger, where timing, communication, and precision determine whether the team advances or collapses.
Rooms evolve. Patterns intensify. Systems adapt.
Every run challenges players to move as one, to anticipate, to align, to trust. The deeper they go, the harsher the world becomes, blending mechanical rhythm with high-stakes cooperation.
Failure is frequent. Adaptation is essential. Mastery is collective.
In Stolen Heart, survival isn’t about individual strength.
It’s about synchronization.
