Editorial overview
What it is
Tomb Raider: Legend Demake is a fan-made reimagining of Tomb Raider: Legend using the classic Tomb Raider engine. Originally released in 2006 and developed by Crystal Dynamics, Tomb Raider: Legend has been adapted here by Delca using an enhanced version of the Tomb Raider IV engine (TRNG). The gameplay and environments have been reinterpreted to reflect the style and design typical of Core Design's work in the late 1990s, often referred to as the "classic" era.
Chapter One features four levels: Croft Manor, Bolivia, Peru, and Japan. A follow-up containing the second half of the game is currently in development.
The story centers on Lara’s search for her mother and the mythical sword Excalibur, with some narrative elements reworked and simplified for this version.
Cutscenes are voiced in French, with English subtitles provided.
