What it is
Touhou Koukayaku The Game is a fan-made Touhou Project Mega Man clone, while using tracks from Touhou Koukayaku.
The premise
You play as Byakuren Hijiri. The game allows you to select an stage, each having a Undefined Fantastic Object character as the boss. After you beat the boss, you are allowed to switch characters, each having their own different abilities to use.
