Editorial overview
What it is
The PSP port of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, a hack-and-slash action-adventure game loosely based on the film of the same name.
The premise
Logan (Wolverine) was once part of a mutant team led by William Stryker, but he left after questioning their brutal missions. He tried to live peacefully with Kayla, but his brother Sabretooth killed her, pushing Logan to join Stryker’s experiment that bonded his skeleton with adamantium. After realizing he was manipulated, Logan escapes and seeks revenge. He later discovers Kayla is actually alive and was used to trick him. In the end, Logan defeats Stryker’s ultimate weapon (Weapon XI), but Stryker shoots him with an adamantium bullet, erasing his memory, leaving him to wander without knowing his past.
