Rafa Vazquez, founder and only member of Chupacabra Game Studios. He's a game designer with over 12 years experience making all types of games, from mobile to console, from entertainment to medical. As fun as those are, he always wanted to create game to experiment with different gameplay and themes; some of which might be quite niche. The Shadow Government Simulator is his first solo forray into indie development. Based in Vancouver, Canada.
